New York state is ramping up rapid COVID-19 testing to create better accessibility and more sites as reopening efforts continue.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo expanded the ‘New York Forward Rapid Test’ program to help businesses and events safely reopen.
In the wake of large-size events returning, 25 new rapid testing sites opened across the state Thursday.
An additional 10 sites will be added to the list within two weeks, with a total of 70 rapid test sites statewide.
Large sites that will be added to the list include the Barclays Center, Madison Square Garden and Citi Field.
