With severe weather on the way, many parts of the Bronx badly affected by the last storm are worried they’ll be without power again.
Pelham Bay Gardens was an area that dealt with bad power outages and fallen trees when Isaias made its way through New York City.
News 12 cameras caught an uprooted tree that fell on power lines near Mace and Fish avenues. It’s possible the Bronx is in for round two as more severe weather is headed to the area.
As News 12 meteorologist have reported, there is a chance of strong storms and heavy downpours.
Many residents hope the storm won’t cause big power outages. Thousands of people were left without electricity for days during Isaias.
The governor has ordered state agencies to make sure they are prepared for the storm.
