With the warmer weather, people flocked to Pelham Bay Park in the Bronx Tuesday, with many concerned about the crowds.
News 12 received calls from viewers who voiced their concerns about sports being played at the park.
Although city parks are open, team sports are prohibited and everyone must remain 6-feet apart.
New Yorkers have been ordered to cover their faces in public places where social distancing is not possible.

News 12 reached out to the city’s Parks Department, the mayor’s office, and the NYPD to find out how social distancing is being enforced at Pelham Bay Park and to see if there will be an increased police presence as the weather continues to warm up.
