While it may feel like just another Thursday in February, some New Yorkers are enjoying a drink and thinking of the summer days ahead for National Margarita Day.
Justine Miller visited Estrellita Poblana Mexican Restaurant in Parkchester. The restaurant puts its own twist on the classic lime and tequila drink by adding prickly pear puree for a sweeter taste or even throwing in an ice-cold Corona.
