News 12 takes a tour of Industry City, a space that is home to hundreds of businesses in Brooklyn.
It was once a shipping hub on the Sunset Park waterfront in the 1890s.
"What you'll find is, from a physical perspective, just a spectacular campus, beautiful, historic buildings that date back to the 1890s, beautiful open-space courtyards, extraordinary selections of food. You'll find a wide range of free events and events open on the weekends. The other part of it for me is the incredible entrepreneurial spirit that is happening here, around innovation and local job creation," says Industry City CEO Andrew Kimball.
