About 50 people came together to show support for Black lives at Fordham Plaza on Father’s Day.
The Northwest Bronx Community and Clergy Coalition came together to rally for justice while looking for change and police reform.
The group said in a release, “they are praying for the members of the Black community who were disproportionately killed by police brutality as well as their loved ones and their extended families."
The group marched for nearly half an hour before reaching the Fordham Plaza and read the names of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and other killed by police.
