The New York State Department of Agriculture is warning people of a frozen waffle recall due to possible listeria contamination.

Some of the waffles that are possibly affected include store brands sold at Stop & Shop, Walmart, Target, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods.

The waffles are made by Treehouse Foods.

Photos of the affected products can be found here.

Consumers are advised to check their freezers for any of the affected products and dispose of them or return them to the place of purchase for credit.
