If you have been waiting for the right time to see a Broadway show, now is the time to buy your tickets.
NYC & Company announced Tuesday that NYC Broadway Week, which offers 2-for-1 tickets to 15 participating shows, has been extended for an additional two weeks, through Feb. 27.
"We're pleased to extend NYC Broadway Week for an additional two weeks, underscoring that Broadway is open and eager to host New Yorkers and visitors," says Fred Dixon, president and CEO of NYC & Company. "Broadway and New York City are synonymous with one another, and we encourage locals and visitors alike to take advantage of the remarkable theater that can only be enjoyed in our great city."
The Broadway League requires proof of vaccination for audience members, as well as performers, backstage crew and theater staff for all performances.
Masks are also required for audiences inside of the theater unless you are eating or drinking in designated locations.
Some of the participating Broadway shows include Aladdin, The Book of Mormon, The Lion King, Moulin Rogue, and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
A full list of participating shows can be found on the
Broadway Week website, where you can also purchase tickets.
