Clinique des Champs Elysees uses a platelet-rich plasma to promote healing and hair growth. It is the same injection that is also used for tendon, ligament, muscle and joint injuries.
Colette DiPierro, a physician associate, says it is like fertilizing a patch of grass. By using the injection, people can regrow hair.
It is recommended to do the injection every six months to maintain results.
