The Canyon of Heroes was packed with soccer fans as New York City honored the U.S. Women's National Team's World Cup victory.
Fans packed the sidewalks in Downtown Manhattan to catch a glimpse of the back-to-back World Cup champions.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo joined members of the team on one float, with a chant that became familiar during the World Cup, "Equal Pay."
The parade wrapped up at City Hall, where the team was honored by Mayor Bill de Blasio and got to address their fans.
The team is flying to Los Angeles for ESPY Awards later today.
The women's squad won the World Cup title this past Sunday in France, defeating The Netherlands 2-0. It's their fourth World Cup championship most ever and all of them coming in the last two decades.
