Indoor dining in New York City will be suspended once again come Monday, and restaurants will be forced to operate only through outside dining or takeout options.
News 12 saw a big crowd Sunday evening at several restaurants on Arthur Avenue.
Many were eating outside, but a solid amount chose to eat indoors as well.
Customers said they had to order their last favorite meal before indoor dining was suspended.
Some say that outdoor dining during the cold, winter months won't be enjoyable. They say they will be cold - and so will their food.
