A woman says there has been a series of problems inside her NYCHA building, including a major leak.
Queen McFarland, the president of the Tenant's Association, says she has lived at the senior citizen building at 2070 Clinton Ave. for several years.
McFarland and other tenants say water has been leaking out of the walls since October, and they have not received support from NYCHA.
McFarland says the smell from the leak radiates through the building. She also tells News 12 mice and cockroaches are also a common problem there.
NYCHA arrived at the building as News 12 was there and said the building is now an active work site. Crews said the issue is coming from a stoppage in a cracked drainage pipe in the basement and are working to resolve the issue.
