An NYPD investigation is underway at a laundromat in the Claremont section of the Bronx today after police say a man was stabbed to death there and another was put in the hospital.

According to police, around 3 a.m., a man entered the 24-hour laundromat located at 301 East 170th St and College Avenue and stabbed one man in his back and another twice in the leg.

Authorities tell us the victim with the leg wound is the one that later died at the hospital. Johnathan T, an employee of the business told News 12 he was shocked to hear the news.

"I just come to work, and I don't bother nobody, and nobody bothers me," he said. "To hear something like this is nerve wrecking."

At this hour, police say the man responsible for this deadly stabbing is on the loose and they’re working to find him.
