A teenage boy is dead and another was injured after a shooting inside of the Burke Avenue subway station, according to the NYPD.

Police say the two victims, both 17-years-old, were shot in the head after 10 p.m. One of the teens was also shot in the arm and the shoulder.

Officers say one of the victims was pronounced dead, while the other is in stable condition at a hospital.

Surveillance video shows a person sprinting down the stairs out of the station, but police are unsure if that person is the suspect.

Details surrounding what led up to the shooting were not immediately available.
