Police say a 2-year-old boy was found unconscious Thursday afternoon at a home in Pelham Gardens.
Authorities say they responded to a 911 call at 2703 Woodhull Ave. around 5:42 p.m.
EMS transported the boy to Jacobi Hospital in critical but stable condition.
Details on how the boy lost consciousness were not immediately available.
