WARNING: Graphic video.
It was a violent night in Brooklyn as the NYPD investigates four shootings that left six people injured over the last 12 hours.
As police search for the suspects at this hour, they're also hoping new surveillance video will lead them to the person who shot and killed a man.
In the released surveillance video, the suspect is seen pulling out a gun, pointing it right at the victim and firing off a few gun shots. Police say the two exchanged words before the gun was pulled out. The shooting happened just after 2 p.m. Wednesday at the corner of Clarkson Avenue and East 53rd Street.
Police have identified the victim as 21-year-old Pierrot Simeon, who was pronounced dead at the hospital.
In another incident, police tell News 12 a group of people was standing outside a pizzeria when someone inside a silver Infiniti headed northbound on Ralph Avenue opened fire on the crowd. Three teenagers, aged 17-19, were hit. They were hospitalized, and police say they're in stable condition.
"When I heard about it was so scared," Claudette Daley says. "I don't think these people choose a time of day. Luckily it was at night, but it could have been in the day - one of those days when we're over there."
Meanwhile, sources tell News 12 the people inside the Infiniti continued along Ralph Avenue before crashing at the intersection of Flatlands Avenue. When police arrived at the scene of the crash, they say the car was abandoned. According to sources, it was reported missing just hours earlier in Queens.
At around the 9:40 p.m. in front of 1116 Putnam Ave., police say a 25-year-old was shot in the lower back. The male victim is in stable condition now.
Then closer to 10 p.m. at 609 Nostrand Ave., a 42-year-old man was shot in arm. He's in stable condition as well.
Investigators say surveillance video shows a car pull in and someone from inside start shooting before they drove off. That was around 10:40 p.m. Thursday.
And at 4111 Church Ave. around 11:40 p.m. Thursday, a 27-year-old man was shot in the leg. He is also in stable condition.
Anyone with information on any of the shootings overnight or the deadly shooting on Wednesday is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
