5h agoA 69-year-old woman involved in a serious car crash in Mott Haven Saturday night has died, according to authorities.
Police say a Jeep Grand Cherokee ran a stop sign on East 147th Street and ran into a MTA bus on 3rd Avenue at around 8:40 p.m.
Police say the bus operator remained at the scene and there were no passengers on board at the time.
The 69-year-old was taken to a hospital, where authorities say she was pronounced dead.
