The NYPD says an arrest has been made in the Bronx stabbing of a campaign volunteer for Eric Adams.
Police say a man stabbed the 42-year-old volunteer several times at 594 Morris Ave. on June 20.
The stabbing had left the victim in critical condition.
The suspect arrested was identified as 34-year-old Gary Oliver, who is homeless. Oliver is charged with attempted murder. Police say Oliver, along with another man, allegedly stabbed the worker after an argument.
The victim was taken to the hospital and survived the attack. Police are still looking for another man.
