NYPD: Bronx man is fatally shot in Harlem

According to the NYPD, a Bronx man was killed in Harlem early this morning.
Police found Louis Hreen on the 2000 block of Adam Clayton Powell Junior Boulevard just after 2:30a.m.
Hreen was shot in the back.
He was taken to Harlem Hospital where he died.
Police tell News 12 they have who they believed killed the 30-year-old in custody and charges are pending.
