Three people, including two police officers, are injured following a crash in Pelham Bay, according to authorities.
News 12 captured video of the scene showing an NYPD car that crashed into a subway pillar near the corner of Westchester Avenue and Roberts Avenue.
According to a resident in the area, the officer riding in the passenger side of the vehicle had to be removed by EMTs. One civilian was taken to the hospital, police say.
The extent of the injuries as well as their condition is unknown at this time. It's unclear how the police cruiser collided with the subway pillar.
