NYPD detectives are heading to California to question a woman caught on video falsely accusing a Black teen of stealing her cellphone in a SoHo hotel.
The officers want the woman, Miya Ponsetto, to either fly to New York with them now to face criminal charges or get arrested and extradited.
Ponsetto's lawyer says she is missing and isn't replying to her mother's requests to get in touch.
