NYPD identifies 5-year-old victim in fatal Brooklyn pedestrian struck

Police say a 5-year-old boy who was struck by a car back in February in Brooklyn died Sunday.

Police say a 5-year-old boy who was struck by a car back in February in Brooklyn died Sunday.
The NYPD says a black 2012 BMW 750 Li sedan struck the 5-year-old boy in front of 1442 East 12th St. in February. The boy was sent to the hospital in critical condition.
Yaakov Farhi, of Brooklyn, was pronounced dead.
The vehicle remained at the scene, and the 49-year-old female driver was not injured.
An investigation is ongoing.
