Police say a Lyft driver was shot at after dropping off a passenger in Brownsville.

According to the NYPD, a 73-year-old man engaged in a verbal dispute while dropping off a passenger in front of 2347 Pacific St. Wednesday at around 3:30 a.m.

When the passenger exited the vehicle, police say an unknown man fired off a gunshot at the driver. The vehicle sustained property damage but the driver was unharmed.

No arrests have been made at this time.

The investigation is ongoing.
