NYPD detectives say they arrested a man who raped a teenager in Co-op City on Thursday.

They say 29-year-old Casmine Aska was charged with first-degree rape.

According to authorities, Aska walked up to the 15-year-old girl on Bellamy Loop. He forced her into a stairwell before raping her and running off.
