Police say a man is dead after being stabbed multiple times early Tuesday morning in the Country Club section of the Bronx.

According to police, a 26-year-old man was involved in some sort of argument on Radio Street at around 3:30 a.m. when he was stabbed multiple times in the torso.

Officers say he was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi where he later died.

A person of interest has been taken into custody.
