A man is dead after he was struck by a train Sunday night near the Lorimer Street station in Williamsburg, according to the NYPD.
Police say the man was on the tracks around 10 p.m. when the operator of the train noticed him but was unable to stop the train and struck the victim.
The man was pronounced dead on the scene and there's no criminality in the case.
