NYPD: Man killed in Morris Heights shooting
2h agoThe NYPD say they are searching for a male suspect responsible for fatally stabbing a man in Melrose on Saturday.
They say the suspect stabbed a man in his 30s multiple times in the stomach near the intersection of Bergen Avenue and East 149th Street at around 11:30 a.m.
Police say no arrests have been made, but they are looking for a man who ran down East 148th St.
Over the last month, there have been 73 felony assaults reported in the 40th Precinct, with 16 of those happening in the last week alone.
