NYPD: Man wanted for punching victim, making antisemitic remarks in Weeksville

Police are searching for a man in connection to a possible hate crime attack in Weeksville in Brooklyn.

Police are searching for a man in connection to a possible hate crime attack in Weeksville in Brooklyn.
Authorities say the suspect approached a 32-year-old victim around 3 p.m. Friday near President Street and Utica Avenue. They say he started to punch and kick the victim.
Police say the suspect also made antisemitic remarks before heading westbound toward Schenectady Avenue.
The victim was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition
Police say the suspect is about 6 feet 3 inches tall and has a thick beard. 
The NYPD’s Hate Crime Task Force launched an investigation into the incident.
