Police need help identifying and locating a suspect who's accused of an unprovoked assault on a Q train in Brooklyn.

Officers say the suspect approached a 29-year-old woman, who was standing on the train as it approached the Atlantic Avenue station, and punched her in the face several times before running off.

The victim was taken to hospital and is expected to OK.
