NYPD: Man wanted for raping 17-year-old girl in the Bronx

The suspect then fled southbound on Rosedale Avenue.

Police are on the search for a man who they say is connected to raping a 17-year-old girl in the Bronx.
Officers say the victim was walking inside a building on Rosedale Avenue Monday at around 11:30 a.m. when the male suspect approached her from behind.
The man pushed her in the room then punched her in the face before raping her. The suspect then fled on foot southbound on Rosedale Avenue.
The 17-year-old girl was transported to treatment in stable condition.
