NYPD: Man wanted for slashing commuter in the neck with a box cutter
Police are asking for help identifying a man who slashed another man with a box cutter on the L train in Brooklyn.
Authorities say a 22-year-old man was approached by the suspect and slashed in the neck with a box cutter on Nov. 14 on the L train as it approached the Livonia Avenue subway station.
It's unclear what lead up to the events.
The victim was treated at the scene and is doing OK.
Anyone who recognizes the suspect is asked to call police.
