The NYPD organized a virtual career day for students at PSMS 29 in the Bronx Wednesday. 

The FDNY and the city’s Department of Sanitation joined together in an effort to think outside the box as children practice remote learning. 

Officer Lee Stanton at NYPD PSA 7 says,  "Largely, we just wanted to start a conversation and know that they are part of something bigger themselves, there's no reason for them to feel alone and that we're proud of them."

Students logged on to Zoom along with their teachers for a lesson on fire safety.
