Police say a man connected to three robberies in the Bronx is on the loose.
The first incident took place on Aug. 28 when the suspect entered a building at West 183rd Street and Sedgwick Avenue. He was dressed in all black carrying a food delivery bag and ambushed a 60-year-old woman in the lobby. They say he pointed a knife at her chest and robbed her of a gold necklace before taking cash and fled on a moped.
Less than a week later, police say that man may have done the same thing to two other women. On Sept. 3, he went inside of a building on Purdy Street and Metropolitan Avenue, threatened another woman with a knife, pushed her to the ground and took her necklace.
Less than an hour later, he did the same to a mother who was entering her lobby with her 11-month-old baby. This time, they say he took her bracelets and fled, according to authorities.
None of the victims suffered from any life-threatening injuries and the suspect is still on the loose.
