A fistfight in the Bronx led to a deadly midday shooting on East Burnside Avenue last week, police say.
Now, the NYPD is asking for the public's help finding a suspect wanted for murder.
Police say 27-year-old Lamar Moore was involved in a fight with 23-year-old Jaquan Walters. Moore was subsequently shot twice.
Police identified Walters as the suspect. The NYPD's chief of detectives describes him as very dangerous and says that he has a rap sheet that includes 25 prior arrests.
Nearby surveillance cameras captured the violence, police say, but it was so graphic that officials did not share it during a news conference Wednesday afternoon.
Investigators are offering a $2,500 reward for information that leads to Walters' arrest. Anyone with tips is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
