Police say a man was shot and killed last night in Mount Hope.

The NYPD says 35-year-old Juan Lluverez was fatally shot in front of 6 East Burnside Road at 11:04 p.m. Police say he was shot in his stomach and leg.

Once police got on scene, News 12 is told they rushed Lluverez to the hospital where he later died.

NYPD officials say the person they believe is responsible for killing Lluverez took off on a bike toward East 181st Street.

The suspect was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a black ski mask.
