Police need the public's help in finding a man who they say attacked someone at a Manhattan subway station with a samurai sword Thursday morning.
The NYPD said it happened around 9:30 a.m.
They say the suspect and the 29-year-old victim got in some kind of fight at the Chambers Street station.
It got physical and that's when police say the suspect hit the victim with the wooden sheath of the sword. He did not actually cut the victim with the blade.
Nevertheless, the victim was hurt and taken to the hospital.
