NYPD SUV involved in accident, crashes into fence in Castle Hill

An NYPD SUV collided into another vehicle before crashing into a fence in Castle Hill Wednesday, according to officials.  It happened at the intersection of Castle Hill and Story Avenue around 6 a.m.
