The NYPD is searching for two suspects they say stabbed a teen in Kingsbridge Heights on Oct. 2.

Police say that a 16-year-old boy was approached from behind by two suspects on University Avenue and West 197th Street, who began punching him multiple times. The two suspects then stabbed him in the back when he fell to the ground. 

The victim is expected to be OK.
