Detectives say the 29-year-old woman was stabbed in the neck and torso on Southern Boulevard around 3:30 p.m.
The suspect has been described as a female, who was last seen wearing a green hooded sweater and blue sweatpants. She fled on a bike toward Avenue St. John, according to police.
