A 21-year-old man was shot in the torso on Claremont Parkway overnight.
The victim was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital to be treated for injuries.
News 12 is told that the 21-year-old is not being cooperative with police.
Authorities did not give any information on the suspect and the investigation is ongoing.
