Officials: Man found stabbed in leg overnight dies in Castle Hill
News 12 was told the 42-year-old man was found with a stab wound to his right leg just before midnight on Bruckner Boulevard.

News 12 was told the 42-year-old man was found with a stab wound to his right leg just before midnight on Bruckner Boulevard.
The man was taken to a hospital, where he died.
No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
