Officials: Man killed in police-involved shooting in Manhattan

Officials say a 44-year-old man was killed in a police-involved shooting in Manhattan Wednesday night.

Officials say a 44-year-old man was killed in a police-involved shooting in Manhattan Wednesday night.
They say the man had killed a woman inside of an apartment on St. Nicholas Terrace in Manhattanville by shooting her in the head, then stabbing her.
News 12 is told the suspect then stabbed another man in the apartment. Police say when officers responded to the scene, they got into a physical altercation with the suspect, and one officer discharged his weapon.
No police officers were injured during the incident.
