Police are searching for two women wanted for robbing another woman on Webster Avenue.
Authorities say the incident happened around 2 a.m. on Oct. 14 when a 24-year-old woman was standing in the courtyard of a residential building with her friends. They say the two suspects came up to her, grabbed her hair and hit and kicked her in the face before taking her cellphone and fleeing.
Police say the two suspects are about 25 to 30 years old.
Authorities are also looking for two men wanted for attempted burglary on Sept. 20 at around 12:45 p.m. on East 233rd Street and Edenwal Avenue. They say one suspect kicked open the door of a home while the other stood lookout.
One of the suspects tried to enter but ran away once he saw someone inside. The first suspect was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and red backpack and the other was last seen wearing a red hooded jacket.
Officials say a man is wanted for impersonating a police officer while involved in a robbery. They say the man approached a 16-year-old girl while holding a gun and identifying himself as an officer as she was leaving her Loring Place apartment in August.
News 12 is told the teenager dropped her cell phone and ran back in to the apartment while the suspect took the phone and fled.
Anyone with information on any of these cases is asked to call Crimestoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
