Officials: Victim in Hempstead shooting identified

The victim in Saturday's fatal shooting in Hempstead has been identified.
Officials say Santos Valeriano Argueta was shot and killed on Jan. 30.
The victim was found lying near the intersection of Peninsula Boulevard and Sewell Street.
Argueta died at the hospital.
The gunman has not been caught.
