An Orange County farm is growing pumpkins that look like human heads and people can’t believe they’re real.

A farm in Westtown, Orange County is turning heads this fall - literally. Echo Fields is combining agriculture and art in a way that’s captivating visitors and going viral online.

Founder Todd Lyons says he wanted to do something that would set his farm apart. While Echo Fields sells traditional pumpkins, it’s the head-shaped ones that are drawing crowds.

“We have 'Old Man.' We have 'Frankenstein,'” Lyons said.

These pumpkins aren’t carved; they’re grown to look like human heads using custom molds.

Lyons, who had no prior farming experience, admits it wasn’t easy.

“The first year we grew 100 and got two pumpkins,” he said.

Since then, he’s invested over $15,000 into perfecting the process. He checks on the pumpkins daily to prevent rot and ensure they grow properly inside the molds.

One of his creations, a Chucky head, went viral with millions of views.

“We had celebrities reaching out to us. We can’t keep that one in stock,” Lyons said.

Visitors are welcome to take photos with the pumpkin heads, and some are available for purchase.

But when asked to share his growing secrets, Lyons kept it mysterious:

“I can’t give you all my secrets," he says.

Echo Fields is open Saturdays and Sundays this fall. Whether you're snapping selfies with Frankenstein or hunting for a viral pumpkin, it’s a patch experience unlike any other.
