While city officials are urging New Yorkers to stay inside to avoid the bitter cold, some people have no choice when they make a living outdoors.
George Papis operates a food truck on Zerega Avenue. He says even in the freezing weather he needs to open up shop to earn a living.
Papis says he dresses in warm layers and drinks hot chocolate to help keep warm throughout the day.
News 12 meteorologists say wind chills overnight and early Sunday morning could make it feel like it's as cold as 20 below.
