Overcrowding, broken machines and ballots without the 9th Congressional District race are just a few of the problems that were reported Tuesday in Brooklyn. 
News 12’s Emily Lorsch spoke with voters who say voting sites didn't open on time, that they had to wait a long time in line, and several machines reportedly being broken.
