The owner of a pit bull that attacked a woman on a Brooklyn subway train has been arrested for the second time this week.
Police say 53-year old Ruben Roncallo has been arrested on charges of harassment.
They say the charges stem from a November stalking incident, where Roncallo threatened his ex-girlfriend over the phone.
It comes after Roncallo’s pit bull latched onto a woman's foot on a downtown 4 train last week.
That incident was captured on video, and Roncallo was charged with assault and reckless endangerment. He was released on bail Thursday.
He says his dog, Vinchy, is a service animal and claims that it was the woman who started the confrontation.
Roncallo is expected back in court on May 15.
