More than 100 paddlers are navigating down the Bronx River in canoes and kayaks during Saturday’s Amazing Bronx River Flotilla.
The four-mile journey begins at Shoelace Park – passing through the New York Botanical Gardens and Bronx Zoo before ending at the Bronx River Houses in Starlight Park.
The event, organized by the Bronx River Alliance, aims to raise funds to keep the Bronx River accessible to families.
