Grab the fall jackets today because temperatures are much cooler than yesterday. Highs will be 10 to 15 degrees cooler in the mid 60s. The classic Fall weather quickly changes to a winter chill this weekend with highs in the 50s and low in the upper 30s to low 40s. Before the cool and crisp weekend, wet weather returns on Friday.
A strong frontal system, brings rain and breezy conditions tonight into Friday. Friday won't be a washout, but scattered showers and possible storms arrive for the morning commute. There will be a lull during the afternoon before a stronger line of storms arrives after the evening commute. Heavy rain, gusty winds, and an isolated threat of severe weather are possible tomorrow evening. Showers linger into Saturday morning before the sunshine returns during the afternoon. Rain totals could range from .5" to 1" through Saturday morning. Gusts between 25-35 MPH are expected with isolated stronger gusts with any thunderstorms.
